Light Duty cabinets are usually used infrequently using 16 cfm or less of compressed air using a piston type air compressor operating on 220 volt single phase power source. Generally they operate with glass beads on light paint or rust with hand held part sizes.

These models are ideal for the hobbyist or small shop that needs to clean smaller parts.

Most units sold in the market today do not include 100% welded cabinets, safety glass windows with low static window protector, foot operated blast controls, abrasive mixing control valves and an abrasive separator reclaimer to remove the dust from the usable abrasive…

Production siphon cabinets operate on a daily basis with abrasive gun sizes up to 100 cfm. These cabinets offer the largest quantity of machine add-on options for special part handling and reduced machine maintenance.

All Production siphon cabinets operate with one of Media Blast’s many abrasive separator reclaimers, which are used to clean the recycled abrasive maintaining visibility.
