Media Blast® offers the newly designed CrystalBlast® Pro Stage III Elite for every abrasive mesh size, 80 to 220 mesh. This is the only machine capable of processing half-tones using 220 mesh without abrasive loss.
The unit includes the larger 700 cfm blower with blower silencer, a 110 square foot cartridge filter dust collector, MERV tested, and the machine is complete with pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle. While the same cabinet is used on all three models, the Stage III includes the heavy Industrial door design with knife sealing door seal and lockable door handle. The quick-fill pot reloading 3-way valve circuit is also included standard. The stage III also has the vertically adjustable foot treadle pedal for adjustable sit-down machine operation.

We recommend a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply for the compressor. Air compressors vary greatly, check the cfm output on the compressor being used or visit Air Basics for more information on compressor selection. Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number; always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
