The PrecisionBlast™ uses direct pressure to deliver abrasive at 1.1 pounds per minute, 66 lbs./hr., using a high efficiency, *patented, separator reclaimer to aerate and dry the fine abrasive using 150-220 mesh abrasive. The PrecisionBlast sandblasting cabinet can operate with larger abrasive – ask us about optional features needed for larger abrasive sizes.
The Precision Blast is specifically designed for situations when a Pencil Blaster is too small and slow and an Industrial Blaster is too large. It recycles abrasive, generates more frictional heat, doesn’t require an air compressor amplifier, and can out produce production of any pencil blaster about 10 to 1. PrecisionBlast machines aerate the abrasive using one air change per second inside the cabinet and the patented separator reclaimer to make sure the abrasive is not removed and flowing.
This Mediablaster® can be used to de-burr and texture medical tools because direct pressure blasting allows through-hole processing making the part an extension of the nozzle. It's possible to operate the machine, load parts, reload the 50 lb. ASME coded pressure pot, and also clean the dust collector from the front of the machine - standing or seated. This makes a great design for limited mobility operators.
Micro machines are more than just small, messy import cabinets available on the internet at cheap prices or low production pencil blasters. They should include the right abrasive flow controls and recycle the abrasive over and over again even when it’s only 50 microns.

NOTE: Standard Features are included with every model. Available Options can be added at additional cost and may require custom machine work, which may increase machine delivery time.
Most advanced micro blasting cabinet that recycles up to 50-micron abrasive using over and over again and operates on 120-volt electrical
Dry, direct pressure
5 to 12cfm @ 50 psi
We recommend using 3/32″ ID nozzle and a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply for the air compressor. We can provide details for applications using 1/8″ nozzle ID. Air compressors vary greatly, check the cfm output on the compressor being used or visit Air Basics for more information on compressor selection.
Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number, always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
