The Precision Etch siphon sand blasting cabinet is a 100% welded cabinet. It comes with a large clean negative pressure dust collector and standard cartridge filtration. This along with one air change per second inside the cabinet creates a clean operating machine. The dust collector is cleaned using pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle. These can operate separately or together to keep the dust collector filter clean. This model also includes padded armrests and ergonomically designed operation.
Micro siphon blast machines are not typically one-size-fits-all, but Media Blast® & Abrasive has an exception to that rule. The Precision Etch machine is Industrial sandblasting equipment with micro-siphon controls and a small footprint designed for operation on 120-volt power source using low compressor volumes. It’s designed for Small, hand held parts, burr removal, coating, and plating.

We recommend using a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply to operate the air compressor. Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number; always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
