The Cobra Stage I Soda Blaster by Media Blast® is a cost-effective soda blast cabinet for smaller parts using a soluble abrasive to eliminate problems. The smaller footprint requires less shop floor space and two doors allow placement in different locations that a single door machine often does not permit.
The Cobra Stage I Soda MediaBlaster® is not for production capacity applications, but when you want to make sure you have no abrasive contamination this unit fits the bill. It also operates on smaller air compressors using GhostFlow® soda delivery to save on soda cost.
Media Blast® is known for manufacturing the best soda blaster machines. Every one of our soda blasters uses the All-New GhostFlow® soda delivery system with low compressed air usage, low soda usage and patented separator reclaimer. The unique soda dropout system with patented separator prevents the used soda from transferring into the dust collector. This allows longer sandblasting cabinet operation before dust collector service is required.
The Dust Collector on the Cobra Stage I uses a pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle. These can be operated together or independently. The All-New EasyClean Cartridge Filters are special material making cleaning fast and simple. Media Blast® soda models are available in Stage I, II and III, allowing users to choose the machine that best fits their application and budget needs. Look to the N-200 Soda Stage II unit for larger cabinets with longer daily machine duty cycle, larger dust collector and higher daily soda delivery. The Blizzard Stage III is the most advanced soda model offered today with reverse pulse self-cleaning dust collector that includes manual over-ride controls, manual pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle and cartridge filter Magnahelic monitor gauge.

We recommend a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply for the air compressor. Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number, always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
