Often you just need a larger cabinet size to close the door on the part being processed – for example a large piece of rock carved to be a signpost. The most common Expanded Cabinet blast cabinet Models are square with the depth and width the same. This allows an optional fixed turntable or mobile work cart and turntable to be added to the machine for heavy parts or part requiring rotation during sandcarving making 360 degree spinning of the part possible.

CrystalBlast Expanded Cabinets - Master Production

These units are not to be confused with the CrystalBlast Master Production Models that include larger faster nozzle sizes, much larger dust collector and larger abrasive flow control circuits.

The larger the sand blasting cabinet, the less the hopper slope and all of the Expanded Models include the hopper vibrator pot loading assist circuit to help feed abrasive back into the pressure pot assembly on these larger cabinets.

The same standard dust collector you find on the CB Summit is now also standard on all CB Expanded models.
