CrystalBlast® Pro Stage I (pressure)
Media Blast® offers the newly designed CrystalBlast® Pro Stage I, a cost effective, professional level, Entry Level Sandcarver for almost all applications. The Pro Stage I utilizes a powerful vacuum blower and 110 sq. ft. MERV tested cartridge filter dust collector with pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle. All Pro Models use the same cabinet size. They also use the same dust collector cabinet with a semi-automatic cleaning cycle. It will be hard to outgrow this sand carving cabinet.
CrystalBlast® Pro Stage I Benefits
The CB Pro Stage I cabinet height and large window with appropriate slope, are designed to create an easily operated stand-up no nonsense sand carving machine. The single side door design allows the dust collector to be side mounted. This makes for a smaller footprint depth easily passing through almost any doorway.

Look to two, (2), other New Pro Models, the Pro Stage II and the Pro Stage III Elite for even more added features. The Stage I, II and III Elite all use the same cabinet size and the same Dust Collector using the 110 sq. ft. MERV tested cartridge filter with pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle and dust collector storage hopper. You can use the vibrator cleaning cycle to quickly clean the filter and discharge the dust storage hopper at the same time.

We recommend a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply for the compressor. Air compressors vary greatly, check the cfm output on the compressor being used or visit Air Basics for more information on compressor selection.
Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number; always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
