Media Blast® offers the newly designed CrystalBlast® Pro Stage II model that includes simple to use controls built to operate in any language. It includes 110 sq.ft. of MERV tested cartridge dust collector with effortless pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle and a large 500 cfm exhaust blower using a *Patented abrasive separator reclaimer used with 180 mesh or larger that save the cost to operate.
The Pro Stage II also includes the right side access door, left side mounted dust collector, a 0.8 c.f. ASME coded pressure pot with service access port, and the high-pressure long wear Lexair Industrial Abrasive Flow Control Pinch Valve, some of the features introduced for the first time by CrystalBlast in 2003.
Other features also include advanced LED lighting, all air controls, the largest operator view window with low-static window protector, all tool-less replaceable, and machine casters and padded armrest are also standard.

Look to two, (2), other Pro Models, the Pro Stage I Entry, and the Pro Stage III Elite for less or more standard features included that also include the side-mounted dust collector. All three Pro Models use the same cabinet size and the same dust collector with pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle and side mounted dust collector to easily pass any standard doorway. Use the pneumatic vibrator to quickly clean the cartridge filter and discharge the dust, all at the same time.

We recommend a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply for the compressor. Air compressors vary greatly, check the cfm output on the compressor being used or visit Air Basics for more information on compressor selection. Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number; always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
