Media Blast now offers the CrystalBlast Pro X2CE sandblasting cabinet for International Markets. The unit includes the larger 110-square foot cartridge filter dust collector, MERV Tested, with pneumatic vibrator dust collector cleaning cycle.
Combining a 550-cfm exhaust blower and *patented separator reclaimer means fast cabinet air changes without loss of abrasive to the dust collector and keeping the abrasive aerated and flowing.
The Pro X2 CE blast cabinet also includes two side access doors with safety door interlocks, a 50-pound ASME coded pressure pot with safety valve protected blow-off circuit and high-pressure long wear industrial abrasive flow control pinch valve. All of these features were introduced by our CrystalBlast® sand blasting cabinets in 2003. The boron carbide nozzle is long wear and standard, great for out of country locations.
For long daily operation the machine includes a padded full operator station armrest. Add in the optional Dyna-Lift for adjustable machine height and this makes a great all-day machine with the necessary features needed.
Features also include advanced LED cabinet lighting, panel mounted controls, the largest operator view window with low-static window protector, window sweep, and many other features including the window and nozzle tool-less replacement design.
The Pro X2 CE is available in 50 or 60 Hz electrical and 220 or 120 power voltage. These features make operation of the machine simple and easy. Great choice when the machine is going out of country or great choice for easy operation right here in the USA.

We recommend a 220-volt single-phase electrical power supply for the compressor. Air compressors vary greatly, check the cfm output on the compressor being used or visit Air Basics for more information on compressor selection. Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm number, always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank, because tank pressure reduces performance.
