Smaller abrasive blast cabinets such as light duty models often use the less expensive shop vacuum blower to operate and create a small negative pressure inside the cabinet required for any dry abrasive blasting cabinets. Media Blast® offers two vacuum dust collectors that make a huge difference in ability to operate these small sandblasting cabinets.

Most shop vacuums and vacuum blower operated sandblast cabinet dust collectors offer only a small filter dust storage area. The VAC-110 line of vacuum dust collectors offers 110 sq.ft. of certified cartridge filtration but not much room for the trash, sawdust and paper you might find on the garage floor!

Both units include a 100% welded CRS cabinet, a two-stage vacuum blower moving over 100 cfm of air volume, lifting handles, vacuum connection hose and the units also have a built-in silencer to lower the operating noise level of the vacuum blower.

The VAC-110 Deluxe adds in a manually operated filter cleaning outside rapper assembly and a sliding dust removal drawer to allow cleaning the cartridge without removing anything but the dust drawer.

VAC-110 Dust Collectors Cost

These units don't cost much more than a good well-made shop vacuum you find at any local hardware store, but they store lots of dust, have a huge dust storage filter for longer machine operation and many other features.

Typically used with small blasting cabinets operating with16 cfm of compressed air or less using glass beads as the abrasive media.

The VAC-110 and the VAC-110 Deluxe are the same filter cartridge and vacuum blower but the Deluxe includes the pull-out dust drawer and filter rapper assembly.
