At Media Blast®, we manufacture a complete line of Soda Blasting Cabinets for all Daily Duty Cycles (DDC). We also offer different standard cabinet sizes to fit almost any application. Many Optional Features are available to help with Part Handling for our Soda Blast Cabinet Models.
Soda is a unique abrasive: it is soluble in all fluids and it does not change the physical condition of the parts when used properly. It is important to purchase any Soda Blasting Cabinet for the DDC of the application you’re going to use it for.
Our Media Blast & Abrasives Soda Blast Cabinets use GhostFlow® Technology to lower Soda usage and create Great Cabinet Visibility. Media Blast® models capture the used and spent soda abrasive, before it can enter and overload the machine’s dust collector.
The Blizzard Stage III is our most advanced Soda Blaster which uses three dust collector cleaning cycles. This machine comes standard with an Automatic Timed Reverse Pulse Cleaning Cycle, Vibrator Cleaning and Manual Reverse Pulse with or without the machine running. The Blizzard includes an Attached Dust Collector standard with all three cleaning cycles, and the cabinet uses Down-Draft Cabinet Airflow Direction making the Blizzard truly a Self-Contained Soda Blasting Machine! There is no excuse for not having great cabinet visibility, a clean work area, and low soda usage using any of the three Media Blast® Models with GhostFlow® Soda Delivery System when you match the DDC to your application.
We also offer the N-200 Stage II and the Cobra Soda Stage I to round out our Soda Blast Cabinets.
