Wet Media Blaster Cabinets by Media Blast®

Wet media blaster cabinets have been around since the beginning of the abrasive blasting industry. It’s a unique method for part-processing that nearly went extinct. What is Wet Abrasive Blasting?

Wet Vapor Blasting uses pumps, mixing paddles, and even compressed air to suspend abrasive grains in water. This slurry mixture is then pumped to a siphon injector gun assembly. This is the same as in dry blast cabinet models, and the slurry has a similar effect as dry abrasive blasting.

Wet Media Blaster Cabinets

Media Blast® makes 100% stainless steel wet blast cabinets that are built to last. We know that if your application requires wet blasting today, you will still need a wet machine 20 years from now.

A decade ago, Media Blast & Abrasives was the only US-based manufacturer of wet cabinets. We have been manufacturing wet blaster cabinets since our company started in the 1970s.

Even though we offer more than 170 sandblasting machine models, we will never stop manufacturing wet blasting cabinets. We know that even some applications in an industrial setting might first use dry abrasive blasting for production speed and wet abrasives blasting for a final finish.
