Media Blast created the Micro Industrial Line of siphon and direct pressure models specifically for proper flow control of smaller amounts of abrasive (measured in pounds per minute) using all the right abrasive delivery controls. These sandblasting cabinets come with a large negative pressure dust collector with lots of filter surface area for clean operation in small spaces and are capable of recycling even 50-micron abrasive media. All our Micro machines include our Patented Abrasive Separator Reclaimer used to remove the dust and aerate the ultra-fine abrasives. Ergonomics was added for comfortable daily operation and the large dust collector has a blower silencer that includes cartridge dust filtration and easy pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle. These sandblasters are much faster than pencil blasters, up to 10 times faster, and recycle the abrasive unlike pencil blasters with total abrasive loss. The standard configuration operates using only 120-volt single phase electrical power.
The Precision Etch siphon sand blasting cabinet is a 100% welded cabinet. It comes with a large clean negative pressure dust collector and standard cartridge filtration. This along with one air change per second inside the cabinet creates a clean operating machine. The dust collector is cleaned using pneumatic vibrator cleaning cycle. These can operate separately or together to keep the dust collector filter clean. This model also includes padded armrests and ergonomically designed operation. The Precision Etch…

The PrecisionBlast Direct Pressure uses direct pressure to deliver abrasive at 1.1 pounds per minute, 66 lbs./hr. It also uses a high efficiency, patented, separator reclaimer to aerate and dry the fine abrasive using 150-220 mesh abrasive. The PrecisionBlast sandblasting cabinet can operate with larger abrasive – ask us about optional features needed for larger abrasive sizes. The PrecisionBlast is specifically designed for situations when a Pencil Blaster is too small and slow and an Industrial Blaster is too…
