CrystalBlast Navigator 72 | Media Blast & Abrasives, Inc.

The Navigator uses new technology to lower the operating height of the part handling roller track by eliminating the main machine hopper that creates a higher part grate level. This creates a larger sandcarving zone. The Navigator sand blasting cabinet allows for a more accommodating processing area by engineering the part conveyor track to be raised and lowered manually, keeping the sandcarving area centered. The Navigator blast cabinet comes standard with a single 8' entrance and exit track section but is available in various tracks lengths and extensions.

CrystalBlast Navigator 72 Features

This model is a complete system consisting of the cabinet with air-swept floor section used with blasting rooms, pneumatic abrasive conveyor, cyclone separator reclaimer with attached abrasive storage hopper with a 50-pound ASME Coded 0.8 cubic foot pressure pot with access port. In addition, the system also includes all the flexible abrasive ducts for connection of the machine to the abrasive pressure generator and the pressure generator to the included dust collector. The attached dust collector consists of 440 square feet of certified cartridge filter dust collector using an 1100 cfm exhaust blower and exhaust silencer.

The abrasive generator and conveyor are made so it can be run from the left to right or right to left to allow a custom footprint to fit your location.

Place the Navigator using the forklift channels at the bottom of the unit, decide on the location of the abrasive pressure generator then connect the ducts. Supply electrical and compressed air and you are blasting huge panels
