The N-200 Siphon sand blasting cabinet by Media Blast® is industrial sandblasting equipment designed for Production capacity applications, which require one (1) hour or more of daily operation using a production gun size, 25 to 90 cfm compressed air. This blast cabinet is in a class alone and is used in military applications and projects requiring fast cleaning with low maintenance cost. Low maintenance cost means the very best blast cabinet parts for reduced wear when using larger, faster, cfm gun sizes.
The dust collector on this Mediablaster® is negative pressure, and has the most advanced cartridge filtration and effortless pneumatic cleaning cycle assembly standard. It is a large percentage of the sand blasting cabinet cost, but worth every penny. These features ensure longer machine duty cycle, a cleaner work area, and longer blower service life. The capacity to store dust with ease of service is what makes this MediaBlaster sandblasting equipment the right choice for Production Operations. In addition, an even larger dual cartridge option is available for extended daily operation using larger abrasive gun sizes.
This industrial sandblast equipment N-200 model blast cabinet is available with two top styles, 40-degree window slope for low height parts with great operator viewing and 17-degree expanded height top for taller parts requiring more inside cabinet height and less view window angle.
Look at the HEPA after filter in available options for machine cell operation. This is a true negative pressure HEPA filter with 100% welded HEPA chamber and not simply a positive pressure HEPA filter attached to the blower exhaust.

The standard gun size for the N-200 is 3/8″ using 46 cfm at 80 psi. Smaller and larger gun sizes are available for applications with larger and smaller air compressors. Air compressors vary greatly, check the cfm output on the compressor being used or visit Air Basics for more information on compressor selection.
Pro Tip: Never buy a compressor using the displacement cfm numbers; always use the second cfm volume number listed with 90-100 psi inside the tank.
Standard Cleaning Cycle is pneumatic vibration, optional reverse pulse available; always make sure 100 psi line pressure is available for proper machine control operation.
