Media Blast & abrasive created the micro abrasive industrial line of blasting cabinets specifically for proper control and flow of smaller amounts of abrasive. These blasters come standard with all the right abrasive delivery controls to manage ultra fine abrasive material. They are built for applications that require more than one hour of daily machine operation, which we consider industrial, and include both siphon and direct pressure abrasive delivery. Because micro abrasive is very small, these machines come with large negative pressure cleanable cartridge dust collectors for clean operation in small spaces and are capable of recycling the abrasive unlike pencil blasters.
ProTip: Some manufacturers market their cabinets for “micro abrasive” but lack the proper low-flow controls to manage very small amounts of air and abrasive. Be sure to compare all the features before you choose between two machines.
Media Blast & Abrasive Micro Abrasive Industrial Blast Cabinets
- Precision Etch – one of the cleanest micro siphon machines available in the market today. It’s ideal for applications requiring small parts and high production volumes.
- MicroBlast – the answer for clean, efficient and comfortable industrial operation for your existing pressure pot, siphon delivery or pencil blast generator.
- Precision Blast – designed to meet today’s needs for part processing when a Pencil Blaster is too small and slow and an Industrial Blaster is just too large.
Each of the three micro abrasive industrial machines is offered in various cabinet sizes, allowing buyers to select the right sized cabinet for their space. Every cabinet comes standard with our Patented Abrasive Separator Reclaimer used to remove the dust and spent abrasive to maintain the best possible cabinet visibility when using even 50 micron media.
To Sum It Up
Media Blast & Abrasive’s line of micro abrasive industrial blast cabinets is built to handle the high-demand of production facilities and special needs of ultra fine abrasive. These machines have the ability to recycle abrasive much faster and more efficiently than a pencil blaster with higher frictional heat at a much lower processing pressure.
