Media Blast & Abrasive’s line of micro industrial blast cabinets is comprised of siphon and direct pressure models specifically for proper control and flow of smaller amounts of abrasive (measured in pounds per minute). These machines come with large negative pressure dust collectors for clean operation in small spaces and are capable of recycling the abrasive.
All our micro industrial blast cabinets include our Patented Abrasive Separator Reclaimer used to remove the dust and spent abrasive to maintain the best possible cabinet visibility. Additional features include an ergonomic design to ensure comfortable daily operation, a large dust collector with a blower silencer that includes cartridge dust filtration and easy one-button reverse pulse dust collector cleaning. These machines are much faster than pencil blasters and users can often replace several pencil blasters with a single micro industrial blaster.
ProTip: Our unique, patented separator reclaimer and the Class III blower keeps even the smallest 50-micron aerated and flowing through the adjustable micro controls.
